The mounting holes are made of PU , which makes the leaf springs more durable and more suitable for trailers.
- Weld the tall hangers to the frame.
- Install the trailer springs to the axle using U-bolts.
- Attach the axle to the frame.
- Lock all the shackle bolts. Now they're in place.

Perfect replacement for my old worn out flattened 4 leaf suspension. Upgraded to a 5 leaf set. Zero issues with the product. Quality is very good!Update:Trailer is absolutely butter smooth on the highway! I would highly recommend this kit to anyone. Extremely pleased with the performance!

Installed this set up on a customer's coach 2 weeks ago and found when he got a little over 600 miles on the suspension, he experienced U-bolt failure and catastrophic axle damage. Needless to say, his trip is snagged up but he almost lost his trailer. Could have been worse. I left a really bad review initially and I had to recant my review after talking with the seller. They reached out and listened to what had happened and want to refund me to help refund my customer for the work so our mutual customer is able to not be under so much financial strain to get his coach repaired on the road. The seller asked for pictures of the failure so they can evaluate to be able to make their products better. I'm really impressed and admire their position to really help in this situation. I would definitely do business again in the future! I look forward to getting better U-bolts 😊

I ordered this to fix a trailer that I have that isn’t close to town and I get halfway into replacing the leaf springs and there was no U bolts or mounting hardware for the u bolts in the box. I had to drive hours back into town and buy U bolts. Very frustrating.

Worked perfect for my boat trailer, I may be changing the bolts out for some nicer ones eventually but they worked great for my roadtrip and held up solidly

The spread between the legs of the Ubolt should be included in the description of the Ubolts.My axeles are 3" and the spread on the supplied Ubolts is 3 1/2".
