I bought these because the chains that came with a playground we purchased weren’t long enough for our toddler to use the swing. We used these to bring the swing seat lower to the ground. This not only ads it easier for our toddler to interact with the swing but it made the swing safer as the distance of a potential fall to the ground was minimized.

Seems very sturdy! Always have used the cloth tree hangers in the past but this is so much better don’t see them ripping anytime soon!

So these chains seem really well made. The coating on them is nice and feels good. They seem really durable and should be able to last a long time. The price is great for these chains heck buying just chains with no coating or links/hooks etc would cost what these do so this is a good deal.

These look nice, and have a nice coating. We live in Florida so our weather will definitely test the non-rust/corrosion resistance of this stainless steel; only been up a few weeks, but so far so goodThe branch our swing is hanging from isn't perfectly level so the chain is a nice way to help compensate. I can have the left side on a higher chain ring than the right and it makes it more level

These chains are nice and have an attractive black coating on them. The include quick link connectors are nice so you don’t have to take things apart to connect these. They are a decent length at just over three feet include the connectors. The connectors have a locking ring that keeps them from accidentally coming open and the chain coming loose. All in all the price is not bad and the chain is sturdy.

I got these swing chains in order to replace the lifting strap I had been using to fasten my swing chair to our front porch's roof rafters. Even though the strap held up, I never felt completely secure or relaxed while sitting in the swing. Both durability and peace of mind are greatly increased by these chains. I’m really irritated by inaccurate or misleading descriptions, and this product is no exception. It is not stainless steel chain, it’s zinc plated steel (which is fine, and also mentioned in the description). Aside from that annoyance, this is a nice sturdy swing set chain, with four locking carabiners to connect each end. I doubt that 1000 lb is the working load (more likely the breaking load) but it’s plenty strong for an adult. This would be five stars if not for the inaccurate description.
