These two wheel trolleys roll really well within the 1 5/8" Unistrut channel. You can make any configuration you need with these. They will hold a tremendous amount of weight.

Plan to use these to make a lift for my shed loft. Fit in the channel is important. Fits well, no slop so that should prevent any potential binding. These will be bolted on as well as welded onto the lift frame to ensure rigidity.

These are well built and made of thick stainless steel. They worked for my purpose and were easily tig welded to the fixture I needed them on.

These trolleys were boxed very well and arrived quickly. They are solidly constructed and have 2 smooth rolling bearing wheels on each one. I got them to hang a couple barn doors; they probably weight around 4o pounds each. I welded a 90 degree bracket on them and used an adjusting through bolt to mount them. I used some 1 5/8" x 1 5/8" Kindorf uni-Strut for the track. There is a close clearance all around the trolley in the strut. If you put a lag bolt in the top the trolley cannot roll past it. You have to make sure the sides of the bearings are parallel with strut walls for a smoother roll. In my situation these trolleys are great, i will purchase them again on my next project.

I've wanted an overhead trolly in my shop for many years. These allow me to have one! I picked up a 10' unistrut at my local Big box store. What I didn't realize is the bearings take up all the space inside the unistrut. If the channel is bent they will rub, someone enough to get stuck. Also, with the 1-5/8“ square unistrut there is no way to fit a bolt head through the unistrut to attach it to the rafters except at the ends or the wheels get stopped. I will need to find a way to mount it externally. In the photos I put two together with a piece of wood, temporarily. I plan to build up a steel trolly where I can attach a winch or chain hoist. They have a solid axle and spacers holding the bearings, they seem quite sturdy!

These fit standard uni strut perfectly and glide easily. They can support a lot of weight and move easy. There is a single mounting hole punched in each mounting strap so it is easy to hang an electric hoist from two of these. Nice to have two sets.

I am using these in a rolling assembly jig. They are used in the wheels down configuration ans they roll smoothly across my workbench.

I have my sea kayaks hung from channel mounted to the ceiling of the garage. I now have these in there, with my pulleys attached, so I can pull it forward in the channel to drop them, and then push them back out of the way. They travel well, each one would have about 40 lbs suspended from it and each kayak has 2, and there's no drag.

Les roulements à billes du lot du produit que j’ai reçu ne sont pas de qualité acceptable. un seul des quatre supports roule tel que prévu, deux non librement et un autre en le forçant. Peut-être un mauvais lot mais je suis malheureusement déçu.

I really like these little trolleys! They are made to fit inside a 1-5/8" (and larger) cantrust. They allowed me to install a small hoist in my garage super easily. The bearings are very smooth, they roll perfectly inside the cantrusts I got and they are pretty solid! They are rated at 1800 lbs which is way more than I will ever need. These are probably the simplest, and less expensive way to mount a small hoist in a garage or workshop! I would totally recommend them!
