I’ve used this kit for three seasons, and it works great. Quick to assemble, easy to use, and handled my 25-foot chimney with no issues. The flexible fiberglass rods let me clean from the basement by bending them through the flue.The brush head isn’t metal, but it still cleans well. Comes in a handy reusable bag for storage. My only complaint is the release button is tough to press. Thats all. Also, this is best used with two people—one sweeping, one using a shop vac to catch dust. Came with everything you need, including plastic.Much cheaper than hiring a pro, and cleaning is easier than you’d think. Great value!

Rather than paying a Chimney Sweep $275, I decided to try out this product. Directions were very well written, all supplies necessary were included in the kit. Cleaning the chimney yourself allowed you to go through the process a second time if you wished. End results was a very clean chimney! This kit worked wonderfully!

Good product. Burn creosete remover before hand. Push gently through flute and slowly until the end touches the cap. Use a vacuum as pictured. Nice product thoughtful manufacturer. But be careful around bends and at the flute. My pole broke! Luckily I was able to get in there and grab it. 4 outta 5. I'll keep and order another set as they are relatively inexpensive. Happy cleaning!

Great product. Cleaned pipe up to chimney cap. Did an excellent job. Easy to use. Well worth the money.

It was easy to use. But, don't forget to cover the fireplace opening or you will create a mess. You can still use from the bottom up it you don't or can't get on the roof. But, use a mask and cover the entrance with painters drop cloth. (The one with the blue tape on one end. I guess anything will work if you get creative.

I was surprised that this worked as well as it did. It was fairly quick and easy, but even better, I can now clean my stovepipe in the winter without going on the roof. I can't comment on longevity

Product did a good job at cleaning the inside of our wood stove chimney. It removed all the creosote and made it easy to vacuum up with a shop vac.

This system worked much better than I thought it would. I have a wood burning fireplace insert and it has an offset box on the bottom of the flue liner so it must be cleaned from the roof. I dropped the brush and 9 lengths of the rods into the flu. I have an inspection door on the offset box and could see the brush sitting on the bottom of the box.I ran the brush with my M18 Makita drill using the low speed setting and slowly pulled the brush up while removing rod sections , I made an insert out of 3/4 plywood with a 1/2 “ hole with a 1/2 “ slot to the outside.The connection section of the rods are 5/8†of an inch so I could pull the rods out of the slot, then rest the 5/8†section on the plywood cover to make it easier to take off a length of rodIt knocked down a loot of soot. I was impressed.

Worked to clean my chimney from the bottom cleanout. And did a good job actually. However.. i had no 45’s/90 degree bends and the rods still would come apart, even with electrical tape at the connections for extra insurance.Not a huge concern as i was only doing straight up and it would fall down the clean out and never get stuck. But no way this thing will clean 90’s without rods coming apart. Overall though for what i need it to do it did work good! Have my doubts how long the head will last though. One use and i already had one of the nylon brush pieces fall out.

Just received this 2 days ago, I manage to complete my cleaning process, it worked well and I’m happy with the results. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the rods, three of them broke and i have paid close attention to ensure i maintained proper angels.
