My MH is 16 years old and these latches matched the factory installed latches. However, some screw holes of existing may need new holes drilled.

Easy installation they keep the drawers shut in my camper while traveling I got lucky I happen to have the exact same ones to replace, so no need to put new holes in I added them to all my cabinets and drawers no more stuff all over the floor. When we arrive to our destination

The latches work good but the screws are trash. Used two screws that came with them and both heads broke off screwing into the previous holes from the broken latch being replaced.
