Good quality but I feel the base threads are a little too short. Tough to get the nut secured when using with a pvc project box. Works fine with thinner sheet metal junction boxes.

These ¼†Waterproof Nylon Cable Glands are well-made with a nice finish to them. I use them to seal off my 24 volt irrigation control valve cables in a junction box, which they do very well. I live in a high humidity area close to the coast, where anything electrical corrodes. I needed a way of running power lines from the solar panel mounted on my vehicle's roof into the vehicle itself. These should work well for that task. All the parts feel strong and lasting, even with long exposures outside. The threads were molded well and crisp. The claw section flexs properly. They seem like good products.

I bought these because they claim to have .54 inches (13mm) of thread that goes through the surface you are mounting to, and that was not true once I received the product. It is closer to 8mm, which is nearly half. Unfortunate, and I will be returning it. If you do not need to go through a thicker surface, then these are probably great.
