This power meter looks just like the picture in the Amazon listing. The leads are short, as expected, which suits my application well. It does one job very well. The mounting holes allow me to keep it up and visible, yet out of the way of other items.

Update: I finally found the reset button. It is on the edge of the screen on the right side. However, when I opened the case to look at the inner workings of the meter one of the wires was not connected properly to the connector and was posing a fire hazard. I corrected it. If I hadn't opened the case it might have burned my house down. So I am leaving the two star rating.No matter how long you hold the reset button it does not reset the kwh meter. Took it apart and found out that there is no way that button would ever be able to reset it. False advertising. If you need to reset the meter, don't buy this!

Appears well built and solid. There is a single piece of paper in the box that says:"Press and hold the button on the right side of the screen for 5 seconds to restore the initial value."The only problem is that there is no such button! Either on the screen or the box.Also it would be nice to see how much power the monitor is using when on, maybe the next model?

Seems high quality. Easy to read screen. Outer case seems water resistant.

Seems be be very well made.It is in a rugged hard plastic case with heavy duty input and output power cords and connectors.Each displayed parameter has a different color making it easy to read.
