Loved the covered clips when testing a small current. Cannot be used on larger gauge wires even with protect fuse available. Small gauge wires, but good idea for smaller electrical amperage work.

These have good clamping force "BUT" ...Firt thing I noticed was that the rubber covers slip off very easily while you are trying to open the clamps, then the second thing that happened was that both ends of one set came off the wire. I re-did the wire, soldered them, and re-clamped them so they're fine now, but that kind of thing shouldn't happen.If you are willing to do a quick re-clamp of the wiring inside the clamp these are a decent buy. At this price do not expect top notch material.

Ordered this to do a quick electrical test and they did great for how cheap they were, they have a good grip on the clips, long enough for the work I was doing and they come will a box for storage.If you looking for a reliable set good value for money I would definitely recommend these.
