  • It's for repair purposes only and doesn't affect functionality. However, a pull tab has been has been added to the zipper in our new production batches.

  • No, only the 28-inch suitcase is expandable. The 20-inch and 24-inch suitcases do not have expansion capabilities.

  • The Goodlugg suitcase zipper is designed for durability, but to keep it smooth, avoid overloading the suitcase, as excess weight can strain the zipper. Also, always check for fabric or items near the zipper track before closing.

  • Yes, it meets standard airline limits for carry on and checked baggage. However, some airlines have stricter requirements, so we recommend checking with your airline before traveling.

  • The TSA lock has no key because it uses a master key system. TSA agents can open it with a special master key for inspection.

Used it for a recent international trip and had to had it checked and held up very well. Any scuffs were easily wiped off. Wheels were great the zipper held up well I packed as much as I could. No expander but still held a lot. Great value for the price. Got it in black.

Just went to DC on JetBlue and it worked well. Even though it was over their max size of 22", this 24" case fit in the overhead compartment. The sipper is strong, the handle would sometimes collapse when I wasn't expecting it to, but I don't know if it was me or the case.

I bought this as it was on sale. It is lightweight and rolls like a breeze. But the amount of clothing it holds is ridiculously small.

Took on a long distance trip. Case is accepted by American Airlines as carry-on luggage. The case is light, easy to carry or move on wheels, and is sufficiently sturdy. Capacity is good for a trip of a week or less. The locking mechanism is simple to use.
