These N-Channel enhancement mode field effect transistors are produced using high cell density, DMOS technology. These products have been designed to minimize on-state resistance while provide rugged, reliable, and fast switching performance.
They can be used in most applications requiring up to 500mA DC. These products are particularly suited for low voltage, low current applications such as small servo motor control, power MOSFET gate drivers, and other switching applications.

Very fast seller response. The transistors arrived within 72 hours of my placing the order. They were packed inside of a small, purpose-built anti-static aluminized Mylar ziplock bag for basic electrical protection and protection against humidity. The small ziplock bag was put into a greatly oversized conventional bubble wrap mailing envelope as the most economical way to send a very small and fragile item. The packaging worked well. I have not yet tested these as spares in my 8-band QRP transceiver, but they appear to be exactly what I hope I won’t need (but probably will) as I experiment with adding a monoband linear amplifier to its output (reviewed elsewhere).

I realized after I got these that someone had posted they were reversed internally.. Not wanting to damage my product I used a transistor tester to determine if they were correct. They were indeed correct..A couple of them were bent up nothing major however I was sure I ordered fifty pieces when I clicked on it. Maybe that 1 was out I typically buy in 50s and 100.

I suspect that these are not bs170 but instead are 2n7000. They seem to function as expected for 2N7000 at least... false advertising though saying these are bs170

Worked well for replacement in (tr)uSDX as the recommended brand are out of stock until forever…caution…I had to replace the originals as I blew mine twice using 40m FT8 with SWR at 1:1.4…..these are in place and working fine.

I found out the hard way that the pinout of these devices is reversed from the common BS170 configuration. Looking at it with the flat side up and the leads pointing toward you, the pinout is S-G-D as opposed to D-G-S. They seem to function OK electrically, so maybe they are actually 2N7000s.

These are not BS 170 the internal connections are backwards. I destroyed my radio by replacing these. You must stop selling these as BS 170.
