Came exactly as it should no damage or anything I was worried about that when I ordered it and it works perfectly ive been using one and it's still going and for the amount it comes with it's great.

Replaced two fuses in a Yamaha audio mixer. The two new fuses blew immediately. I disconnected all cables going from the power supply board to the mixer circuit boards. Tried 2 more fuses. They blew immediately also. I found two shorted diodes hiding beneath some other wiring. The diodes were rated at 1 amp, the fuses were rated at 2 amps. Whatever caused the initial failure overloaded the diodes before it overloaded the fuses. After the diodes shorted, the fuses blew. I replaced the diodes with 3 amp diodes, put two more fuses in the circuit, applied power, no problem. The fuses protected the wiring just like they were designed to.
