If you have kids in general this set is awesome to teach them to help in the kitchen safely. I have children on the spectrum so they can find a way to hurt themselves easily as they don’t fully understand the danger in things around them IE: a knife. But they love being in the kitchen with us while we cook. This set has changed our lives due to being able to teach a life skill but in a safe and secure environment. Both our kids do really well and it has even helped with their dexterity. Has helped them to finish a task without a meltdown because they enjoy helping cut veggies and fruits. We have taught them to cut their own apples and cucumbers and keep the set in a drawer they can reach with a step stool nearby. I could cry because I never thought we would see this with our severe autistic children. What a blessing!

My kids love them, they actually cut. This set is good for 2-3 kids to be in the kitchen at the same time. even though it's plastic my 6year old became independent one day and cut her thumb and part of her nail when she was peeling an apple without adult knowledge. (Because you know kids). Note: she is a strong and aggressive young woman and I don't know if that would be likely to happen to any one else. Good quality good value. Would buy again if I needed it. Wish there was a knife included for practicing cutting their own chickenon their plates.

Our kids are 10, 8, 6, 5, and 4. These are a MUST HAVE IN THE KITCHEN!!! keeps them busy and they are actually super safe!!

I got these for my 6 and 11 year old for Christmas since they have enjoyed helping us in the kitchen cooking and baking lately. We have only used the knives and potato peeler so far, I feel the knives work well if they slip hasn't cut them but tonight while getting dinner together my 6 year old was helping peel a potato and cut the tip of his ring finger so be wear depending how hard they push down they will cut.

My son loves feeling involved in the kitchen. The knives are amazing. He can't cut himself but can chop and cut food. It's been great bonding over making meals.

This is so fun and are a safer option as cooking supplies for kids who like to help in the kitchen. The knives work great but the potato peepers are not sharp enough for peeling potatoes (the only reason i gave it 4 stars). The cutting boards are nice. I even use my knives on those. If I could give this a rating of 4.9, I would.

This was a great learning set for my 3 year old. He like to help cook. I do wish there was a pairing knife as some of the items he is trying to cut do not work with the bumps of the knifes. The peelers are awesome. They work just as good as the adult ones.

J’ai utilisé le kit au complet avec un groupe d’enfants de 5 ans et j’ai vraiment aimé… Sauf pour les économes (éplucheur) qui sont totalement inefficaces!
