A picture is worth a 1000 words. Hit on, with gentle taps from a solid hammer. It’s only made to go on to a certain point. No slips, just instant grip. Need a 1/2 ratchet btw. Order whatever size your normal lugs are. Mine 21mm. This socket will fit over any of ur normal / damaged or stripped lugs (as well) with some hits from a hammer. Did 4 security lugs with zero problem (as I lost my security key), with no noticeable damage to this product to speak of. The inside sharpness of the twist is evident, ready to dig into your lug. What a great product engineered perfectly that feels just like an impact socket with its weight and quality. 5 stars!

I struggled with an oil pan plug where the corners had rounded. I tapped this on the bolt and with a little bit of effort it loosened. Bought a new plug and good to go.

I tried a different product first and it failed instantly. I saw right away the quality for this socket was far superior. Don’t hammer it on. Just placed it on the completely stripped nut with my impact wrench. It gripped tight and spun the seized nut right off.

This worked Hammered it on stripped lug nut. Turned socket wrench. Lug nut loosened right off. Had to put in vise to get lug nut out of socket
