Cheap, doesn't take up much space, and makes installing press in studs easy. I only used it for one hub on an old Isuzu Trooper but am a happy camper. A ball joint separator pressed out the old studs without having to bang on my wheel bearings, and this tool made installing the new studs easy. No damage to my hub, the new studs or the lug nut. Way better than using random washers or a short piece of pipe as a spacer. Would not recommend using an impact gun with this though. Not so much to spare the tool, but to make sure the new studs draw in cleanly and without damage.

If you're replacing wheel studs, this thing is a must. Definitely helps pull the studs through the hubs and works very well. Replaced 20 wheel studs and was ready for more. This thing WILL GET HOT while using it. Take a little break after 2-3 to let it cool of.I recommend this. I will buy again.

This tool really saved me. I was using the washer trick and was getting about a 50% success rate, Snapped a stud removing the nut (somehow crossed threaded). Used and impact gun, used a pry bar. I used this tool within 10 minutes of delivery and used a ratchet and extension pipe for leverage and Shazam! Incredible. Found it on you tube. This will be one of my most prized tools in the box!

Yes, you could make due with a stack of washers or whatever other homemade solution but it's not worth the time, IMO. This tool saved enough time and hassle to easily be worth the cost. It's so simple to use and to be sure that the studs are seated all the way in. The bearings might not hold up long term but itd still work without them.

I had high hope for this product to help get the job done, but on the first bolt I tried to on ended up practically being welded to my wheel bearing. 🤬 I will provide a photo to hopefully receive a refund

They seem of good quality. However I never got to use it as it did not meet my specifications. I ended returning them. I recommend that you verify your size before ordering it.
