I bought this carburetor because my old one was not able to be serviced with this car. I wasn’t expecting much more performance over OEM after installing the car which was super easy to install and fit perfectly seem to be quality and seem to perform better than A OEM carb There are several other carbs on the market, but for the price is a good bang for your buck.

After swapping my 70cc engine for a 110 SSR crate motor, I had to get a new carb. After trying the VM22 (which didn’t fit) I came across this. This PZ22 bolted right up, and the bike started first kick- She rips! It comes with everything you will need short of the bolts that go to the motor. I didn’t end up using the fuel lines, as I have some better stuff I used instead. I ended up raising the idle about 1 full turn and richening the mixture half a turn, as it was running a bit lean on the top end and the idle was lower than I’d like (It idled great, but I use my bike for stunts so I like a higher idle). Overall I’m super impressed with this carb after going through a few headaches trying to get other carbs to work. Great kit!

I got this to replace the carburetor on my 2019 SSR 110. It was easy to install and fit without issue, what impressed me the most was how well it works right out of the box. My bike had been sitting with no gas in it for well over a year. I figured I would have to do a prime kick or two and fiddle with the adjustments to dial it in. Much to my surprise I barely went to kick it over first go and it fired right up! then after riding it around for about 10 minutes it was basically tuned just right. If you’re having any issues with the stock carb or thinking about it at all, I would definitely recommend this. To be fair the 10 minutes is all I have on it so far so who knows if there’s future issues.

Worked well, bike fired up on first kick. I had to trim about a half an inch off of the metal tube at the end of the stock OEM throttle cable in order to reveal enough slack in the cable to attach to the needle valve/slider. Just used a file to make a nice, even score line around it and snapped it off with a pair of pliers, leaving the cable unscathed. I like the built-in o-ring which eliminates the need for a gasket between the intake and the carburetor. It does not include the gasket for between the intake and the engine. Excellent choice for 2004 Honda CRF50F.

Arrived fast and was fairly easy to install. It would have worked right out of the box but I forgot to attach my ground cable for the kick start. There were no instructions so you should be prepared to youtube or something. This is a review for the item if used with a 2015 CRF50FPros:Priced low and included most things you need - you may want to buy a throttle cableThe idle throttle can be adjusted by hand which is a big winCons:Did not work with the stock throttle cable for 205CRF50F, some major hack had to occur for it to work and a longer one is still recommended due to the carb size differenceChoke is very oddly placed and collides with the gas tank lever for CRF50 - probably not their fault but we wary if you are installing on the CRF50Included gasket was poor quality and broke on light handling. Luckily I had a spare one from a Nibbi manifold laying around.

It works fine. Did not come with gaskets that are in the pictures.

Fits perfectly on the SSR125 pit bikes. Quick swap and fired right up.
