About this item

  • ✴️【Application】Sail switch tells the furnace to ignite the propane. 232261 is a low airflow switch designed for SF series RV furnaces. If the blower fan on your furnace runs but heat is NOT coming on or the furnace runs on and off intermittently, it’s very likely that the sail switch is either dirty or goes bad over time. For the latter situation, replace the sail switch.
  • ✴️【Fitment】FOR Suburban SF Series furnace models: SF-20, 25, 30, 35, 42; SF-20F, 25F, 30F, 35F, 42F; SH-42, 42F.
  • ✴️【Technical Specification】Power Rating: 0.1A, 125-250V AC, 0.5A, 30V DC; Switch Dimensions: 5/8" x 1-1/8"; Arm Length 3-1/8"; Weight: 0.02 lbs.
  • ✴️【Premium Quality & Clever Design】Made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant materials, our product promises a long service life. Has light spring tension designed to be depressed by the air current of the fan.
  • ✴️【MUST Read】Propane fuel is involved during the installation and repair. The maintenance process is not complicated but must be done carefully with or after consulting a professional.
  • ✴️【Friendly Service】 A full return is available within 30 days if you are not satisfied; we also offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase to make sure that you have good experience.

I went to camping world to purchase a sail switch and paid over $30 for one, with this company I was able to purchase 4 from this company and have extras in case this goes again while camping. Very easy to install with just a Phillips screw driver.

This was the exact part I needed for my keystone sprinter 303bhs and it got the heater working in no time. It was also nice thay it came with 2 in case something happened to the other one.

I received these quickly, the cost was easy, too.The product, however, is a fail. Two Sail Switches and BOTH failed within days. I metered them out and they worked fine but, at one point in the articulation, the contact fails. You wouldn't had noticed unless you played with it or had a second pair of hands to hold it. I tried to MacGyver one by putting a slight bend in the sail to keep it from reaching the fail point but, that wasn't a permanent solution. Buy the OEM. It's worth the 3 or 4 bucks more to avoid the aggravation and needless trouble shooting, when you believed these were working properly. Most importantly, you use these for heat. Which means it's cold out and, you don't want to be cold. You don't want to be fooling with a furnace when you need it and be aggravated that you are doing it right then, when you could have done it right the first time. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Planning ahead I needed a 3mm hex socket to remove the two hex bolts. No a 4mm socket will not work. Old one was white, new one is black. Seems to be a good fit 👍.

My heater on my 94 camper wasnt turning on automatically. I always had to go outside remove panel and manually open the circuit for the sail switch.I just changed my switch and it works automatically and even faster than before.now within 10 seconds I have heat. before even when it worked it was over a minute.thank you 10/10 recommend this item

This sail switch did not work with my suburban rv furnace. The micro switch was too heavy. I had to buy one from the rv shop. It was the same one and it worked.
