Excellent price for transistors with mid- and upper-grade hFE ratings (e.g. gr/h/c/b). I have used a transistor tester on most of these, and I can confirm that they roughly match their expected characteristics (except for my S9012-H transistors, which for some reason reported an hFE of ~360 instead of the expected 144-200).Anyways I sincerely wish that Allecin would tell us the true manufacturer of these transistors so we can look up the datasheets for them.Soo.. please give us the datasheets or something for these?

My wife bought these for me for Christmas. They arrived well packaged appeared to be of good quality. For price they can’t be beat!My only disappointment is no detailed data sheet for proper testing is provided nor could I find one on the internet.
