First time making egg tarts and these little cutie tins worked far better then I expected! They are easy to clean and my tarts were cooked beautifully and easy to remove from the tins without butter or a nonstick spray. The tart crust was buttery enough to make it nonstick. I have reused these tins multiple times already and they still work so well and don’t stick. Be careful not to scratch the tins with metal utinsils to avoid scratches and I would also recommend hand washing. It’s not difficult to clean my hand. I worry the dishwasher might be to rough on these little tins and ruin the finish in them.

These little pie tins are just the right size for bite size pies (actually a couple of bites)They are very sturdyThe pies came out so easily without spraying them with oil.I have used them on my youtube channel and people are amazed at their versatility in making different pies.I made pumpkin pies the other day that ,my niece loved.I've even started ,making breakfast pies that I freeze!Bravo

After taking a trip to Portugal, we fell in love with pastels de nata. Since it's hard to find them locally, I decided to make them myself and these little cups were perfect.Just the right size, easy to remove pastels after baking and I just put the in a dishwasher and they come clean as new.They are stackable, which means they take very little space when storing.If you're planning to make these wonderful Portuguese treats or even small cupcakes, these cups will do the job!

Pans have greased when unpacked, so do wash it before use.They are super cute for Putong, steamed rice cakes or mini pies.However i haven't use them yet. Base on 12 inch diameter steamer, can squeeze in 10 pans or 9 as shown in picture.Overall I am happy with them.

This is a great tart mold, but have major quality/sanity issue. Before using scrub the give the outer rim a REAL good deep scrub, with brush and paper towel, there some weird black stuff on the black rim, hopefully not lead.
