Removable bottoms, non-stick. These are the perfect size for two people to share a dessert. For making tarts, the size makes it easier to handle a smaller piece of dough. A good buy even with inflation.

Made a cannoli tart with this and it worked great. The only thing is, be very careful when holding it on your hand in the middle. It’s 2 pieces and will pop up

What I don't like about that is I put some batter in it without a crust and a partial leaked on the bottom. So I'd recommend using a crust not a batter as my recipe called out for.

I'm a recent widow and love dessert, but really don't like making full sized pies and tarts. These are the absolute perfect size. I love the way they release from the pan because of the removable bottoms. These are sturdy and of good quality and will last forever.

I didn't notice when I ordered that I would receive two pans, so that was an added plus. The description read, "2pcs 8 Inch Tart Pan with Removable Bottom." I assumed that the two pieces were the outer edge and the removable bottom. Instead, I received 2 complete pans. After the fact, I noticed it said a two-pack. Since they are only 8", I made two tarts from one 10" crust recipe. Once baked, the tart were easy to remove.

I have several regular large sized tart pans, but had several instances of wanting to give a smaller version and keep some for ourselves in our family. These were the perfect size, nonstick and heated quite evenly in the oven. The removable bottoms make taking them out very easy, and the size is perfect to take one recipe and turn it into two or even four tarts. I’ve utilize this for the one picture above, which is a zucchini ricotta tart, and also made a fresh fruit tart as well with a different type of dough that tends to be tougher to release, but came out like a dream. Worth every penny!
