I will be slowly replacing all of my baking pans with USA pans. These are so sturdy, easy to clean and they bake really well. This pan is great for hamburger buns and mini pies for the holidays.

Ok, I love a warm meatloaf sandwich. Have since I was a child munching my mom's great leftovers. This particular pan is perfect for meatloaf sliders and so much more. After cooking and shrinkage, I wanted a patty just the right size for a slider bun. Not too big, not too small. And this pan fits the bill.I like to use a #12 cookie scoop (2.7 oz capacity) to portion the meat mixture so patties are uniform in size and cook evenly. I find a mixture of 1 lb. 80/20 ground chuck for flavor, and 1 lb. 93/10 beef to control shrinkage works well. Then add in all my meatloaf favorites.Just prepare the meatloaf mixture to your liking and bake at 350°F for 18 - 20 minutes to an internal temp of 160 - 165°F.My thing after baking, is to cool them in the fridge about 45 minutes. Once cooled, I vacuum seal 2-4 patties per package and freeze. Simply thaw as needed and microwave for a quick and easy snack or meal The same process can be used for regular, baked sliders.Decided to order a second pan to increase capacity in a single bake session and save energy cost since my mixture makes about 14 patties.(Remember to put a small impression in the center of patty before baking to prevent meat from rounding up like a ball..) You'll love the quality of this pan. Sticking never a problem. I use Bakers Joy with cakes, etc. just as I do with my cast iron and Nordic Ware.

EDITED: Oh My Gosh these pans are fantastic. I did try to make Mini Apple Pies from Scratch. See Pic...I do need more practice in getting the juices just right and the crust. This was my First try at this Mini Pie thing...but My Son and Hubby loved them and my Son made me Promise NOT to change anything that I did because he thought the "Personal Pies" were Perfect. What is not listed by the other Reviewers is that you need to leave the bottom crust about 1/2 inch above the edge of the pan, add the filling, place the top INSIDE the Bottom then roll the Bottom Crust over the top to help seal it...or do the Lattice that is in the Pics and She used Canned Pie Filling. Mine was from scratch and judging the juice...well my judgement was OFF. Before I could get the tops figured out and on the pies in the pan, the juice was already running all over the place. I had to lift the pan to the sink to pour off the liquid before I got these into the oven. It was ALL my Hubby's Fault and I told him so....He had me add more Sugar to the Apples...I told him it was sweet enough...he still insisted on more sugar. I told him more sugar makes more juice...so More juice is just what I had. I will make these again when he is NOT at Home.He is Retired and up in my business...oh my. And the pies when cooled down about 1 1/2 hours came up out of that pan completely fine and intact. The top of the pan was a mess...but that cleaned up with soap and hot water and very little effort.Thank you AMAZON for carrying these great pans Made in the USA. I got mine very quickly, from the order date. They arrived yesterday, and today I made a batch of King Arthur Flour Beautiful Burger Buns. They almost jumped out the pans. I barely nudged them. No Spray, No Oil, No Butter in the pan, and nothing was left in the pan. Not even a crumb. The (2) Mini Cake Pans I bought can be used for the Mini Cakes, Burger Buns, and per another Review Mini Pies, and Pot Pies. So this particular pan has many uses. I got them based on the Mini Pies and the Burger Buns. The day I bought these, I had already made cupcakes with liners in my old old pans. I spent 30 min at least trying to scrape off the edges of the 24 cupcakes off the Antiquated Pans I had been using for more than 20 years. Those pans are out by the Trash Can. I also have Silicone Muffin pans, and yes sometimes they DO STICK. And Stick horribly, and that is with spray oil and or my Pan coating with flour.I also bought 2 of the USA Cupcake Muffin pans. These USA Pans seem fantastic so far. I will update if I get any problems, and yes these are more expensive than the Grocery Store variety. They are Heavy and Hold the heat very well, making a better baking experience. Adding time or subtracting temperature may be necessary. I ended up baking the Burger Buns at 360 deg not 375deg per the Recipe. Baked for 18 min...Perfectly light brown on the top and the bottom.Note that the Instructions say DO NOT USE SPRAY OIL...like Pam. If you want to use a PanCoating with Flour it is ok, that is per the instructions.

If I could give this particular pan more than 5 stars, I would. I finally have had enough time to test some frittata ideas. I used my go to quiche recipe. I lightly greased the wells and no sticking. I used a rubber spatula that is about 1 1/2 inches wide with my fingers holding on to remove my frittatas. No breakage.I still haven't figured out the best time for baking, but nothing came out rubbery.I think a short bread style crust might be better, but I'm going to try flaky crusts. I'm not sure how a top crust would work because of how the pans are designed. If you need them to fit in a toaster oven, the pan is too big for mine, but mine is small.I ordered these at the $22+ price. They weren't supposed to get here until the end of the week. Arrived today, so I think Amazon gave me free Prime shipping because the pans went on sale after I ordered them. These pans are the same pans offered by the baking company and if you don't care about the logo, definitely worth ordering from Amazon because of the difference in price.I purchased these particular pans because I work on the road. I love egg muffins, but they are difficult to eat while driving. These pans will allow me to make my egg muffin sandwiches. The base is large enough for my veggie burgers. The well sides are sloped. If you're looking to make straight sided mini cakes, not going to work. They will work for a personal sized quiche/pie. Take some gentle work to get them out of the wells, but it can be done. They are not deep enough for pot pies.I'll admit I own more than my fair share of pans from this company. I've never been disappointed with quality. Once in awhile, the pans are shipped with scratches. If on the outside, not a big deal. If in the inside, return for replacements...can be a big deal. The pans are not safe for the dishwasher. Do not use sharp utensils with these pans. Get an oven thermometer to check temperature, so you don't go over 450F.

Awesome pan! Just wished my yeast was a little more active when I tried brioche buns in it. Came out like brioche biscuits :-)It's a perfect size for burger buns and easy to clean. Looking forward to trying again now that I purchased fresh yeast. :-)

I purchased this pan to make my own home made hamburg buns. When my shipment arrived I was immediately impressed by the weight and sturdy construction of this pan. I made my first batch yesterday and the size was exactly perfect, the pan browns the rolls to just the right golden brown, and clean up (by hand) was a breeze. I did not grease this pan and there was no need to, the buns just flipped out like greased lightning. I am in pan heaven. This will get much use.

Good size Yorkshire puds. Use one egg per cup. Expensive.

I created a fruit filled gluten free shortbread cookie in these pans that I sell at markets and they have become so popular I had to buy 2 more pans to keep up with demand (4 pans in total). The cookies bake evenly and consistently. I do line the bottom of the pan with a round of parchment because the cookies are a little on the delicate side to get out of the pan.
