These little tins are great for so many things to bake or cook. I’ve recently been using them for a potato recipe. They bake without leakage and are easy as pie to remove. They are small for single pies or desserts. Their capacity is great for baking. The design is perfect for single servings. The weight is solid. These are a must for all chefs.

Like the fluted edge and heft of this pan. Also that the base is loose and easy to remove when taking out your baked item. Good size too.

This tart pan is so great! It is so easy to use, the tart came out perfect with the non stick bottom. It’s great quality, and cooked everything evenly. The bottom pops out which is perfect so you can remove the tart and put it on a plate or platter of your choice. I hand washed it, which I tend to do with my baking items. Although it does say it’s dishwasher safe, I’ve found that a little soap and elbow grease saves my baking pans over time, and I bake a lot. And the price was perfect for the quality of the tart pan.

The first night I received this I made a Cherry Frangipane Tart and it came out beautiful and delicious! Good quality product, I'll be buying more from this store!

We made a pear tart soon after receiving the tart pan. I liked the separate bottom feature that allows you to serve the tart easily. This is a well made item and the non stick coating is helpful. We plan on making other fruit tarts and quiches with this pan.
