Bought this tart pan for my pastry shop. And using for weeks now and I am very please. I like the staright on the side and I can cut or sliced of my tarts without breaking it. Unlike my previous tart pan due a vertical side and thin it almost breaks when I slice the tart or pie. I almost waste half of my pie and let my staff to eat. The tart pan is durable and pie cream it sets the texture within an hour putting on the fridge and slice and decorate with my fruit tarts. Unlike my previous tart pan ut take ages to set my cream on the fridge and it still a mess when cutting it. It bakes welk my other tart like cranberry cheese tart and pumpkin pie etc etc. I bought 3 pcs of 9.5 inch and I will order again if I needed more. Thumbs upðŸ‘👌.

The product arrived perfectly well packed. I’m very happy with this pie crust baking pan. From my first bake, the pie crust turned out very nice. The pan is very to clean because of the non sticking coating.

I didnt want this pan. The one I wanted was out of stock so I settled. I am pleasantly surprised at how nice this one is and at a good price. It is heavy, good non stick coating, no sharp edges and cleaned upeasily. My tart came out awesome. I blind baked the crust. It came out great, crispy and browned. The only thing I dont like about it is that it is made in China. I’d rather buy US made but its hard to find. I took one star off because of this

I bought a set of these tart pans couple of years ago. I absolutely love them for making our vinegar tarts every Christmas. I would normally make 16 tarts, so I would make a batch and then clean and use the pans again. I bought this extra set to make it easier at Christmas. I not only recommend these pans, I bought another set.

This is a high quality piece of bakeware. I've used it both in the oven for baked tarts as well as no bake tarts. The loose bottom makes it easy to remove my tarts from the tin and makes for professional looking desserts. It does mark a little easily though, so be careful if you're using a knife to cut directly in the tin.
