I was excited about this portable steam cleaner, but it didn’t meet my expectations. While it heats up fast and is easy to carry around, the steam pressure is too weak to tackle tough stains or grout. The small water tank requires frequent refilling, and the attachments feel flimsy. It might work for light cleaning, but for anything more, it’s just not effective.

Package didn't arrive on time and the build quality is very poor in terms of the accessories provided. The unit also takes quite a bit of time to head up. Cleaning with this unit has been so / so.

I don’t see the value in this machine. The cable isn’t as long as it seems, so it’s not really comfortable to use. One pro is that the water heats up very quickly. However, I don’t think it's useful for cleaning windows, upholstery, or tiles. I have luxury vinyl floors, and it’s not recommended to use it on them. I tried it everywhere, but I don’t think it's worth keeping, so I returned it. One of the main reasons is that it’s uncomfortable to use because the cable and the hose aren’t long enough, which makes cleaning more difficult.

Th steamer is as described, easy to set up and a pleasant surprise. Perfect to get the office meeting ready with little prep time. I am impressed with the cleaning power of small and compact unit. The water tank is plenty for the small to medium cleaning project. Did a nice job on the tile too.

I was surprised at how small the steamer was after unboxing and I was preparing to be disappointed. The setup was simple, add 2 AAA batteries (not included) to the steam handle, attach an accessory, add water to the tank, plug in the power cord, and hold down the button to turn it on (the steam handle should already be paired). After about 15 seconds a steady flow of steam emerged from the nozzle and was much much stronger than I had anticipated. This was the low setting and after cycling through the two higher settings, I settled on the low setting as it was more than enough. The water lasts much longer than I anticipated as half was left after using the steamer for 25 minutes. My favorite attachment was leather fabric scraper with the microfiber towel covering it as it worked well to clean just about anything. The brush attachments were also very useful to clean grout and built up residue around the house.I have two very small minor complaints for an otherwise excellent steamer. Only one microfiber towel cover is included and although I did find some to order on Amazon, they are relatively expensive. I had to wash the towel out mid-cleaning a couple of times. Also, it would have been nice if the hose could be disconnected from the main unit, but at least they included a storage bag to keep everything together.One Star deduction due to overstated power output claim. One of my biggest pet peeves is overinflated stats, which is a common practice among generic non-branded items, and this steamer is no exception. This claims to be a 2500 watt steamer, however my wattage meter showed a steady 1350 watt output at all three power settings.
