Great product at great value. Very well built with balance for trimming and old oak tree.Almost nothing to assemble. Starting was a breeze, there is a pull assist system.Strongly recommend this product if you do lawn project’s often.

Update- going from 1 to 4 after talking to customer service and them making it right.First time using it and the handle breaks on it. Hasn't even being rough with it. Seams to bind up alot when cutting. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this pole saw.

Recently purchased this pole saw for some spring pruning. Very easy to assemble and surprisingly lighter than expected.My neighbor I think is purchasing one too.
