TL;DR: Catastrophically flimsy construction. Will not last.I used the auger to attempt to clear out a 2" diameter cleanout. The device broke almost immediately and I had to basically chuck in the trash. Before throwing it, I opened it to take a look at what failed.In the pictures, you will see that the rotating drum is attached to the bit that the handle or screw driver goes on with 2 tiny spot welds. The entire load on this thing while its in operation is shear load where the surfaces are trying to rotate away from each other. Using tiny welds to hold something like that together is a terribly poor engineering decision.The fix is so darn simple, I'm not sure why they did not do it. All they need is a folded lip on the large disk that engages with a notch on the small disk. The welds will hold because the shear load goes through the notch/lip contact rather than the weld.I hope they fix this problem asap. Until they do, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.

I'm a long time home owner and I haven't had a clogged drain problem that often, but when it happens, it's great to have a product to have around. It's easy to use and the money that you save by having a product like this product is priceless. We all know that the cost of a plumber is not cheap no matter where you live. For the money that you spend on this product it can save you thousands over a lifetime. It's definitely a must have for any homeowner.

The snake was great and clear the clog. But if you are planning to used a power drill and attach it to the snake, the tip of the drill attachment will break. I have to add nuts and bolts to replace the broken tip for the drill attachment.

Flimsy build quality that doesn't inspire confidence. Comes with a bunch of accessories, and it's cool that it can be attached to a portable power drill, but I don't to last more than once or twice.

I had to use this the after I got it to clear a blocked vent pipe, it was very easy to use and worked great.

This snake is far superior to the one we have had and used previously. The fact that you can simply attach it to your drill to remove a little bit of the physical work that it requires to get through some of these blockages- is such a game changer. Especially for the average Joe that isn’t equipped with the knowledge and skills of a plumber. And the fact that they include a lot of this knowledge, and that it can be imparted upon the average Joe in the situation where one would need to use such a tool, is a definite bonus and something I very much appreciate. And they include a bunch of extra accessories that are also very helpful. It’s a full kit. And the snake itself feels very durably made. It’s nice and weighty in the hand.

When attached to the power drill, it is easy to push the snake head further down. I was able to clean a clog that was way deep in the kitchen pipe in about 20 min with this tool. I like how easy I was able to push through cornersI also appreciated that it came with multiple accessories.Now let’s see how it will do with multiple usages

We had a pipe clogged about 20 feet into the pipe and after 2 attempts it made it way through. Very impressed on how easy it is to work with. High recommend money well spent saving on us getting a plumber!!
