The case broke the first use. While the thing expanded the first time, it won't go back to the shorter length. So, it works, but is very difficult to find a good storage place.

Initially it appeared a little awkward to use but that was quickly overcome. Cleared a blockage in less than 5 minutes that had not responded to chemicals and a plunger. The included, zippered, storage bag is a plus.

A quality tool when you need one. I adjusted the width of the auger for better fit the fixture.

I believed this item was a bit expensive, however it worked amazingly well and the use of operation was easy. In the end, I’ve tried other products that also of course costs money but didn’t work. I am completely satisfied. To anyone ordering this, please remember to wipe everything off when finished and maybe wipe the coil down with oil before storing.

Sehr stabile Welle . Hervorragende Transport-Tasche.Leider funktioniert das Gerät nur mit Tiefsül Wc Schüsseln . Flachspuler haben einen senkrechten Syphoneingang , um diesen 90 Grad Syphon-Eingang läst sich dasGerät nicht einführen.Hinweis nur für Tiefspüler geeignet fehlt in der Beschreibung , leider !!!!!!!!!!!!
