Stainless steel is a must have. And the lid seals great so if it tips over it doesn't spill out. And having the two different brushes is really helpful.

This thing is something I never knew I needed, but now that I have it I don't want to be without it. So much easier to baste things with this. It's easy to hold and the lid keeps it covered until ready to baste again.If there is anything I don't like I'd say it's the brush. It works great, I just wish it was a little bit stiffer. It's very soft, and I mean very soft, the bristles just flop around. I'd like it if they weren't so much like wet noodles.

Awesome little pot. I bought this as a Christmas gift for our friend who is an amazing griller and smoker. And living in the north he does all 12 months of the year. With him making many homemade sauces and dabbling in some creative recipes I thought this would be awesome for him to be able to have his sauce sitting right directly on the heat and basting,he loved it.the little pot it is incredibly well-made has a very nice silicone brush it is honestly the perfect size for a homemade sauce for basting I would definitely buy this as a gift again!

I got this for my cake goop (non-stick past for cake pans). It works great. The brush stays with the lid so I don't have to "find" one each time I need to coat my cake pans. The cup hold a good amount of cake goop too. It also seals good to keep fridge smells out. Just what I needed.

I was a little unsure about this as a gift for my son-in-law ( I don’t grill) but he loves it! Nice quality, won’t tip over easily.
