Was hoping to indent on these with a ball point pen but the copper is more sturdy than to be able to do that. However, the pen has a fine point to write directly onto the copper with precise lettering & the plastic protective cover is substantial. Am very pleased with the upscale look and overall presentation in my containers. Will be buying more.

Works really well and looks good around my Japanese maples.

Nice looking and easy to use. I used these shorter ones as markers in the garden. Should have gotten the longer ones in order to have the label higher off the ground and more secure placement. The copper wrapped on the wire seems mildly durable. Fairly priced. The marker included was waterproof and wrote smoothly.

These copper-colored plant ID stakes are a bit thinner and less substantial than I expected. The copper band is not thick or stiff. It's flexible and very thin. Almost like a ribbon. And yet it seems to be well constructed. I didn't see any defect in workmanship that would indicate a junky product or flimsiness. They're easy to write on, which I did with a separate marker that I purchased on Amazon. I didn't use the one that came with the product because it wasn't as dark or saturated as I wanted. After I wrote on the copper part of the label, I covered it with the transparent film they provided, so we'll see how long it stays visible in this horrible Midwestern heat and sun. The metal "legs" or stakes are also thin and penetrate the soil quickly, but you wouldn't want to twist them too much. All in all, nice plant stakes that I hope do the job and last for several years without fading.

I really like these; they look great, arrived quickly, and are everything stated in the product info. I don't know how long they will last, but they look quality, I feel certain I'll get a few years at least; and I'm very happy with this purchase!

It came with white tabs and clear to go over and protect it. Guess I missed that. Quality of everything is great

Three stars because labels are very fiddly to apply to the tags and it has barely been 6 weeks since I finally got them installed and every last one has faded to illegible. It's great that this comes with a (supposedly UV proof) marker. I even appreciated that the marker had a fine point and a thicker point; that made it convenient to choose the right thickness to fit the entire plant name on the tag. But I really wish I had used a regular graphite pencil instead of the marker. There are more than enough of the clear cover stickers to redo most, if not all, of the tags. But really that is a LOT of energy I'd have to expend to do all of that work all over again. And at this point I don't even remember what all of these new plants I installed actually are (and it isn't like I can just go read the tags! 😂ðŸ˜)That said, none of the tags appear to be tarnishing or rusting. They are still just as shiny and pretty as the day I installed them. So I guess that's a great aspect of these. Just of you purchase them, please do yourself a favor and use a regular pencil to write on the labels instead of the provided marker. These may be an absolutely outstanding choice for labeling indoor plants, but the marker included is a bad choice of you're using them for outdoors.
