High Power Motor
This linear actuator is equipped with a high-power motor for both pushing and pulling. In consideration of product life, we recommend that the long-term use load does not exceed 2000N.
Built-in limit switch
With two internal limit switches for extension and retraction, linear actuator will automatically switch off when fully extended to avoid the motor idling. Please note that the limit switches is unadjustable.
With Mounting Brackets
The mounting brackets make the installation of the actuators much easier and will allow the rotation of almost 120 degrees.
Protection class: IP65
Level 6 Dustproof: Can completely prevent dust; Level 5 Waterproof: Prevent water intrusion from splashing in all directions, please do not directly immerse in water.
How to protect your actuator?
- Please use the 12V DC power adapter. If voltage is low, the linear actutaor cannot work normally; If voltage is higher, it will be damaged.
- Please makes sure that the actual load does not exceed the rated load.
- All the actuators have duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stop.
- The Protection Class of actuaor is IP65. Please do not directly immerse in water.
- Please don't store or operate in high temperature or humid environment, and do not place in corrosive gas, which will reduce motor efficiency.
How to install the actuator?
- Connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12 volt battery or power supply.
- Connect red wire to the positive terminal and black wire to negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, please reverse the terminal connections.
- To simplify the extension and retraction, you can use a reverse polarity relay or remote controller (not included). When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the button.
- With self-locking function, this actuator will hold its position when the power is off. It will automatically stop when fully extend.
- This actuator pre-installed limit switche inside, which cannot be adjustableble.

Item was packaged up nicely in protective box/foam etc. It is as described. Quiet and strong. Feels very sturdy. Pay attention to the speed as it is slow as described, but working well for my application.
