Set came as advertised. No missing pastels. It arrived with one broken, but that honestly could've happened during shipping. That didn't impact my rating for this product, as pastels have a chance to break as you use them. Still useable. Vivid colors too!

The product is ok even through bronze, gold and silver is not inclued. The foam inside keeps coming out when picking colors out which causes all other colors to be dislodged. The foam inside around be glued down.

Love the colors and their workability.Someone had suggested gluing the foam dividers to their backing. I agree. Makes removing the sticks lots easier. Regrettably, they are no longer being made, so get the big set while you can.

These hard pastels are beautiful and there is an extensive and smartly chosen range of colours. Unfortunately the 3rd party seller ships it internationally without any packaging at all. The label was literally on the cellophane. As a result about a half dozen of the sticks were broken in shipping. A small annoyance.
