I bought few of this and got 1 does not fit well in the Dell R440 server slot. Not sure why, as they come from the same packets, same box.I know it's 3rd party, after-market product that Dell won't guarantee but its prices reflects that.Overall, when it fits, it's OK and expect some randomly unfit ones

As another reviewer wrote, they're ALMOST the right size. Screw heads stick out *just* a little too much, the whole unit is *just* a little too tight. Fractions of a mm, but enough you'll notice. Given the price, I'd buy them again, but it's worth looking for smaller countersunk screws (or filing/sanding 0.3mm off of the ones these come with).The indicator lights -- again, close. The OEM tray shows bright lights, these vary from dim to medium bright -- totally based on how well the ends of the plastic indicators mate internally. Not a functional blocker, but aesthetically you might notice.
