We ordered this pack on Dec 2nd, received it on Dec 4th. Attempted to charge with charger. Neither battery would seat properly on the charger without extreme effort. Even then it didn't properly charge the batteries. Used the little orange charging cables that came with official Ring batteries. Batteries showed fully charged by around 1pm December 5th.Put them both into my Ring Spot Cam. December 26th batteries dead, both of them.Official Ring batteries each 1 will last me about 40 days give or take a day or so. These off brand ones didn't even last a month with 2 of them.Maybe I got a bad set of 2 batteries and the charger? I can understand 1 battery or the charger but the entire set. That is really telling.

These batteries work just like the original batteries that came with the Ring cameras and they work great also and are cheaper than the original. Good value for the money.

Ordered item as a backup for my Ring doorbell. Upon receipt, I put both batteries on the charger. One battery charged the other did not. Switched uncharged battery to the bay that appeared to work. It did not charge. Connected it directly with the cable and it charged. Batteries appear to be fine but the charger is junk. Not worth the trouble to return.
