Runs small so size up. My cat is small and I got the size medium and it fit her just right. Also keep in mind that the garments are cotton so they will shrink with washing/drying. I don’t like the Velcro on the back closure, it’s stiff. Would’ve preferred buttons or cushioned snaps. It gets job done, kept my fur baby from licking her wound. She didn’t seem to be too annoyed by the garment and carried on with her activities after about 5 mins of trying to get out of it.

This package came with two medium sized cat recovery suits or onesies.I received the medium size and it fit accurately for my cat.It's hook and loop fastened.It's very easy to get the cat in and out.It has a drawstring neck so that they can't crawl out the front.Set of pajamas came with pink llama and white multi-animal. They are all cotton so they're easy to wash.It leaves enough room for the cat to be able to go the bathroom.They are durable enough that the cat can't scratch through them or lick and areas that are trying to heal.Cat pictured weighs about 6 lb is less than 12 in Long
