The elements working perfectly installed was very easy, remove the cover turn power off, losing the wires use a wrench for water heater elements to remove old elements, if the old one is swollen use pliers to squeeze it back to shape and pull it out, replace in reverse.

Older copper based elements disintegrated and clogged the pipes. These heat up fast and hopefully will last.

Bought the 9kw elements for my Eemax, the titanium heating elements look more durable than the copper one, and so far, everything is working fine.
