I periodically have need for a bit of chain to hang something or other, so I was pleased to receive this 2 pack of Jack Chain from WUBOECE for review.This is quite a lot of chain, and it's quite strong.It was reasonably difficult to cut (you don't want it to be too easy), so it feels quite strong. Having said that, you'll not cut into a link, separate it, then bend it back into place as it is quite brittle. As long as the links aren't broken=strong once they are broken=brittle.Having said that, you'll need hooks, carabiners, screw chain links, or something to actually use this chain to hang anything.I've found a few uses for this chain, and so far, it has been exactly what was needed, works as expected, and I am happy to recommend it.

I got this chain to aid me in suspending my shop lights from the ceiling of a shipping container. For this purpose, they are about ideally suited.I was pleasantly surprised at how strong and robust the links are. The seam on each link is extremely hard to make out, if at all. I deliberately broke one of the links to see how it was made, and discovered that it is either welded or soldered (I think it’s welded) and has surprising strength. I twisted it using a pair of pliers on either side, and when it finally gave away the seam popped with an audible snap sound, but that took a surprising bit of effort. I am not saying that you will be holding up significant weight with this chain, but for lower stress applications, it will work well.Each of the spools is made from a solid grade of plastic, which is thick and flexible but not brittle at all. I was able to cut a slot in the top of each spool to slide the end of the chain into and keep it from unraveling like it did in the shipping bag. When it arrived, it was kind of a mess.The chain is easy to cut with side or other types of wire cutters. If you decide to break a link to use as connector, you can just break it as I described above and use a pair of pliers to re-bend it. I use a pair of hog ring pliers that I keep around for chicken fencing.Finally, the chain is very flexible. The links are long enough to prevent binding and allow adjacent links a lot of freedom of movement.All in all I think this is a great utility chain with a ton of uses and is perfect for the application for which I ordered it.

I got this to string up under a canopy for hanging T-shirts with wire hangers at events. I knew it was lightweight when I ordered it but it's even lighter than I expected. It's still plenty strong enough to handle the job for which I got it though. And being that it's so light it doesn't weigh down my travel case as much. It works, just know the application you're going to use it for before you get it.

I'm working on a rather elaborate April Fool's joke, and I needed some lightweight chain for it, so I thought I would give this a try. Excellent choice. This chain is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are good. Nice and shiny. Easy to cut to length. No sharp edges or points. This is going to work perfectly for what I want. Would also be good for any light duty hanging jobs. Very sturdy for as light as it is. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
