Good Tubes For Not A Lot of Money. These are tubes with a fill valve in the Schraeder configuration. Most pumps will fit this valve.

It's a tube. Goes into the tire. Holds air.Always make sure you check the inside of the tire before putting in a new tube, just in case whatever made the last tube go flat is still stuck in there.
