In case anyone is wondering, these clamps have an INNER diameter of about 3 1/8” so they fit perfectly around a 3” leaf spring. The arms of the u-bolt are threaded from 2-5” of each arm so depending on how many leafs you are looking to clamp and their thicknesses, you may need a die set to continue the threads down past the bottom 2” of the arm.That being said, these clamps are exactly what I was looking for, much better than the fold-over style clamps in my opinion. Don’t forget to add some loc-tite!

Sadly, this clamp kit was made with inferior metal. I got one side on there pretty far and then the threads stripped, and I could not even unscrew it. Ughh. Finally had to get a bolt cutter to remove it. The other side did not give me this headache but you of course need both sides to function. Sent kit back and got a refund.

I was having some shackle issues and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This particular unit worked perfectly well and took care of the disadvantageous handling that I was enduring.

These worked decently well to temporarily fix broken leaf springs on my f-150 but they were having issues when it came to fitment but works alright. Going to actually replace everything else that needs fixed here soon but these aren't horrible for the price.

thread section too short. poor materials ans machine work are so frayed that if you put one on you will have to cut it off. A bloody 4 hour fight of my life to get them off when Id noticed how pooriy they held. I couldnt recommend these tiny threaded things for heavy springs and pressure loads but okay for light things. My problem is that this country of manufacture doesnt have much reason to try anymore.
