I originally ordered my normal ring size (7) and it was okay. I bought this ring guard to both keep my rings protected while I work (thanks to the nice cushy bottom side) and to keep my rings from flying off my hand (which they are known to do during colder months and when I'm well hydrated).My normal ring size was a little loose, but it did the job...on a whim I decided to try a size smaller. I'm so glad I did. It is such a better fit and doesn't twist/turn on my finger. So so happy to have a multipurpose solution that doesn't look horrible!(Pictures show my triple stacked ring with the 9mm size 6)

This would be 5 stars by itself (some people claim that you need to size up, but my belief is that it depends on how tight the ring is on your finger on its own). For example, I have a size 7 on my pinky that is a bit loose; the size 7 band would’ve been better than the 8 I have.Meanwhile, the Cartier love ring is a 10.25 that I normally wear on my middle finger, and the size 10 is perfect (it isn’t too tight).If you normally have trouble getting the ring off, I recommend switching the finger for that ring.If you normally have trouble putting on a sz 11, then this product is not for you.

Purchased to protect my Oura ring at the gym and it works great. It’s super comfy and honestly makes my ring feel like it fits even better than without. As other reviews mention, order the same size as your Oura ring size.Only issue is it has torn slightly in the couple weeks I’ve had it (pictured). Doesn’t impact its use but something to note on longevity the potential over time.

I was really excited and hopeful that these would work to protect my wedding ring however both of them tore within a week. Absolute waste of $20 and wouldnt recommend

I tried this on over my rings. I would recommend sizing up to make it easier to get on and off. That said, I got it on and it fit, but it was slightly tight. But, the thickness of the bottom… it covered my rings appropriately and would protect them from lifting weights, but it feels like it will cause a bigger callus just below my 2nd knuckle in the way it pushes up against my skin. Again, maybe that would be alleviated if I sized up, but I didn’t know I needed to do that.

Purchased these to protect the bottom of my OURA ring from scratches in the gym and does the job perfect. Comes with two sizes, the larger of the two (9mm) is what fits the OURA ring perfect. The smaller (4mm) could work if you needed something last minute, but width of the OURA ring is slightly larger so I'd be afraid of it not working as intended, would use that for other rings. Just get the same size as your rings.

El producto hace su función que es proteger tu anillo y es cómodo, yo recomendarÃa que la parte gruesa cubriera mas el diámetro del anillo de goma, a mi parecer es muy corto y si se gira un poco hace que ya no cubra totalmente el anillo al sujetar una barra/pesa. Respecto a la talla, yo soy #9 y ordené talla #10, me queda ligeramente grande pero creo que el #9 quedarÃa chico, yo recomiendo ir una talla arriba.
