The item appears to be well made. Simple Velcro and Paracord.I will not put these on my 2024 jeep gladiator. The problem is that many of the newer model jeeps have installed airbags in the roll cage exactly where these would be installed. I don't think it is safe to have these where they could impede the airbag deployment.

Easy install, I wouldn't put a ton of weight on them but they'll make nice handles to hold on to on the trails if you have the doors off

I added a picture of the handle with a normal sized toothpick to give a size comparison. I'd say the paracord is either 1/8", or 3/16" at most. (I was hoping for 1/4" paracord.) You can see from the picture of my hand over the strap how small it looks, especially compared to the hand on the strap in the photo in the listing. (I wear large-size, leather, work gloves, and XL exam/mechanic's gloves.)Also of note is the metal buckles. This is shown in some of the pictures in the listing, but also is shown a plastic buckles. What you'll be getting is the one with the metal buckles.The hook and loop (Velcro) strap holds well enough, and this item does add another grip spot to any vehicle with roll bar, or soft top frame. I can't say about how long it will last, or if it will come lose while off-roading* through the boonies. (*I was going to say boondogging, because that is what we use to call it, back in the day, but the Urban Dictionary Rule-34'd the word's definition on me.)I'm giving this item four out five stars, because the item needs to be a bit bigger to fit the hands of average male individuals.

We used these on the roll cage of our Chevy Blazer and they fit great. We love the American flag detail. We went with all black to avoid looking dirty at some point. Very happy with these. Considering buying another set to add to the back seat.
