  • 2 pcs steering rack and pinion mount bushings for 97-11 Dakota and 99-03 Durango. Eliminate the weird, random clunk from the steering.
  • Install these rack and pinion where it mounts to the frame. Replacement reduces noise and vibrations from the steering rack.
  • Stock steering rack pinion bushings were always damaged by leaking oil, so make sure you clean the area to remove oil and solve the leak.
  • Direct repalcement and the single split design makes it a lot easier to install. No special tools required for installation.
  • Tip: Not the easiest to replace, but do it without removing the rack

I was getting odd random clunking noise only during turns or sideways momentum shifts and couldn't find the suspension part that was broken or damaged. On a hunch, a friend recommended trying to replace my Rack and Pinion Bushings, and these were great. They were perfect replacement parts and they indeed fixed the random clunk noise.Great price point, perfect fit, good parts, recommended!

Ordered these for some noise we are experiencing on our 2002 Dodge truck. It's getting harder to find parts for this truck of ours, so when we see something that we will need, or need, we get it right away!
