Made our LED lighting project super easy!

Got these to go with some tape lights bought locally--12v, 8mm wide, seemed like a match. Works great! only slightly tricky bit is getting the edges inserted under the guides in the connectors. Depending on your tapes, YMMV, but this works great for me.

Maybe it was just me but I wasn't completely sure if I was buying the correct size connectors for the LED strips that I had, but it did end up being correct. My LED strips were 8mm wide, the metal pins being about 5mm apart. These '8mm' connectors fit just right. I do wish there were more of the 'T' connectors and more corner connectors. There are a LOT of wired connections which I will use in the future but really it's those 90-degree angles that LED strips don't like to make that I needed the connectors for. I'll probably look for another set that offers more of these specialty connectors but as for this set, the quality is good and I received exactly what is in the listing photo.

A simple instruction page would have been appreciated, but we got by. We used the T and L connectors. For some reason, these install "upside down" which means the little lids that clamp down to the wire are on the underside when they have adhered to a wall. Also, the "bite" these have on the LED tape is very small - about 1/8" - one LED strip pulled out when we were holding this up to tape to the wall. If the "throat" of the tape "channel" was twice the size - say 1/4", it would help to align and it could have a much bigger "bite" on the end of the LED tape to hold it better. All in all - an average product that could have been excellent with just a little more forethought into the design. The contact points that contact to the LED tape are minimal - if they were twice the size that would create a much more reliable connection too. For the price, these worked - but I would have gladly paid more for an improved design.

These connectors work great, but take your time when connecting LED light strips. The exposed contact points on 2-conductor LED strips can vary in size and width, so when you slide the LED strips into the connectors, make sure their exposed contact points are properly aligned with the connector contacts. The 90s, Ts & extensions/bridges allow for lots of configurations.Remember to only cut LED light strips at the designated points, otherwise you might be cutting out a required current limiting resister.

The wire connectors were of a very small gauge and the 90 degree connectors that I used were difficult to connect and in some cases did not work. The actual connection transition was difficult to make. I would not buy again!

This product worked well it was a little finicky to make the connection on the light strip but it may have been more of an issue with the light strip but once I was able to get good contact they worked well and are quite low profile which was what my project needed

El material es bueno con referencia al costo, su tamaño y facilidad de uso hace que el trabajo sea más detallado y rápido.Trabajar con el soluciono el problema de unir varias lÃneas en una sola continuidad.
