I ordered 2 sets of these as I have a tandem axle trailer. They came packaged together in the same large envelope, but once opened one of the small bags was not sealed and was missing both washers and both cotter pins. Who needs two axles anyway I guess right?

Didn’t notice when I originally opened package, but one of the nuts didn’t have any threads.
