Thus the acrylic crystal lid may crack soon in the wood stabilizing operation.

I have tried better vacuum chambers, but not for this price. When vacuum pump is removed. It holds vacuum for a long time.

The bad: It did not come with instruction (I rarely read instructions anyway), the thread on the brass that goes into the lid is too short and when you tighten the nut you will run out of thread and the brass tube is still loose and will not seal. Don't use the cheap wrench that came with the kit as it is too big for the nut and you will end up rounding off the brass nut.The good: cheap enough that I can live with the minor issues. The glass cover is really thick and should not crush under vacuum (I hope this glass is tempered as it is not marked as such). The vacuum hose is thick and reinforced with metal wire and should not crush under vacuum.

es excelente estoy muy alegre el unico inconveniente esque la aguja del reloj nunca llega a bajar del todo, he logrado identificar que es mas un error del reloj que el propio vacio, tal vez la calidad de ese reloj no sea lo mejor ni mas preciso, pero funciona perfectamente para hacer vacio para siliconasy resina

The product is acceptable overall but the instructions are poorly written for one whom knows little of the product. There is no instruction as to where to get parts such as silicone seals. There is absolutely NO contact information to order parts or product issues. You basically buy "AS IS" andcare on your own once purchased.
