Great cut off tool that seems to work well. I'm not sure how long it will hold up, but seems to work well for the job I needed it for and great price.

Only had the unit for 2 months, the first time I tried to use the unit to cut off some metal legs, and the unit burned put within 5 minutes of using it. The purpose of the purchase is completely void. To our mistake we did not get the protection plan and we are just days away from a return. So total loss. This was not a big project. Would only recommend for really small projects. No tool and unfinished project.

Handy tool. I purchased it for and use it to remove large rivets and other small metal parts under equipment repair. This is a handy tool because it is lightweight and battery powered for my mobile operation. It uses Dewalt battery (which I use primarily). It is a foreign build so it's delivery is slower but for the money worth the wait! Also comes with wood blade and vacuum port for controlling debris. I have had no problems with this tool! As a pro pleasantly surprised.

For the price, it’s okay. It does the job, but it feels a bit underpowered and a bit cheaply made. If you need something for light use, it will work.

Saw is cheap junk. Trigger is stuck “on” after six uses. I have to remove battery to turn it off.

Obviously not as powerful as a plug in model but performs quite respectably for a battery operated unit.I've only used the saw blade so far for cutting some wood and PVC pipe and it worked great. It only has a 3" blade so it's big shortcoming is the depth of cut that is possible. Also, unless you attach the dust extractor/depth gauge so that you have something solid to press against, the tool is going to be pretty much too hard to control to get a straight cut because of kick-back. But when this attachment is installed the depth of the cut is even smaller so you have to pick your poison - control or a deeper cut. Right now I'm picking control.I won't be able to try out the other blades for a while but I expect them to work just fine also. I'll update if any issues arise.I love the fact that this runs on Dewalt batteries which I have plenty of and is my primary reason for going for this unit. Very comfortable grip. Really happy I got this and I know I'll be using this a lot over time as it's so easy to grab and go on projects where this type of performance is all you need. Highly recommended.

It seems to operate alright, and comes with some blades, and a tabletop attachment. I'll use it when I need to chop something simple off. If I planned on doing serious heavy cutting, I would use an AC powered cut off tool, but that goes for every powered tool. Oh, and there is no safety button you need to depress while using this, so if it drops on something and cuts your finger off, that just means you weren't careful enough. Wear your eye pro!
