The size is correct but it's not the right kind that I needed. I needed both ends of the lap band to be two and a half inches. 1/2 of this lap band is about two and three quarter inches so that you can use those slip-on pipes or joints from advance Auto parts.

The clamps seem smaller than 2-1/2 inches and had a really hard time fitting them and finally gave up.
