I've bought 4-5 sets of these now to use on various projects in my shop. They work great on shop-built rolling cabinets for my CNC, band saw, radial saw, drum sander, etc.I think the 1500lb advertised rating is probably a bit optimistic and they are likely not the best choice for something *really* heavy, but for the relatively light applications they have been holding up well. I think the heaviest load I have used them for is probably a couple hundred pounds.They roll smoothly, the locks engage positively. The only complaint is that they do develop a flat spot when sitting in the same place for a long time. Not a huge deal, and they will eventually regain their shape once you move it around, but something to be aware of.When I need more casters, I'll probably continue to buy these same ones.

I made a crafting cutting table out of 2 ikea shelves, 2 heavy solid doors cut down to size, and these casters. It is very heavy even without the fabric on it, but the casters make it easy to move around the room. They also do a great job at keeping it from moving even a little bit when they are locked - I normally only bother locking two and that is enough.When cutting fabric, I often lean against the table and am putting downward pressure on it when using my rotary cutter (which is how I do most of my cutting). The table stays in place and feels very secure. I also hammer on top of it sometimes - flattening seams or installing snaps etc - and again it handles it without a problem. And when I need to move the table, the casters swivel easily and move smoothly and don't leave any marks on the floor.The included bolts are very short, so I did have to buy longer ones. The bolts included with the casters are M8-1.25 (metric 8mm) so that is what you'll want to get in the length you need. I got 85mm MroMax brand bolts off Amazon for a lot cheaper than I could get locally. Since I stuck with M8 bolts I was able to use the nuts that came with the casters.

The bolt holes don't line up exactly with the old ones. I could only put two bolts in each wheel (instead of four). But it seemed strong enough for my purposes of moving wood working tools around my shop. The wheels do appear to be very well made. And the lock mechanism is easier to use than others I have. I definately would buy these again for my other tools.

Bought these to put on my wife's Husky tool box that she wanted as a kitchen island. They fit perfectly with the existing bolt holes for the casters and she loves that they have the double lock feature. They don't seem to have any issues with the weight of the box and roll across the tile easily. She needed the box lowered (she's 5'4" and wanted to be able to press down on the top when rolling dough) and the factoty casters were 6". These lowered it to the perfect height for her. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I research the heck out of everything. It's practically a hobby. When I was seeking 3 inch casters to install on my audio rack cabinet, I looked at the offerings on Amazon and those recommended by group members in professional audio and DJ groups. There were a few top, similar choices, but based on proce and popularity, this set eeked to the top. They are well engineered, installed as needed with the include hardware and gave me exaxtly what I was looking for.

I used these casters under the feet of an old work bench I restored to use for reloading ammo. The wheels swivel and roll smoothly, and they lock solidly to provide a rock steady bench.I highly recommend these casters and will likely use them for other applications in the future.
