Wheels were perfect for a tool cart I built. They locked both the swivel and movement and kept the cart from moving. Hardware to install was included which was a bonus. I'd buy these again and probably will for other projects. Cheaper than Harbor Freight!

These wheels replaced smaller 2 inch wheels and these wheels work great. Because they are tad bit larger and roll with ease it allows me ease to moving the unit I used them on-to sweep and wash out the garage area where there located. I recommend them.

do not lock in both directs; they do not roll, but still turn on the axis, so there is still some movement when locked. still works well for my project, and price is very good.

very good quality , I was skeptical about the plastic wheel rim but they held very well , east to maneuver, and the price is very good too
