About a 1/4†is a perfect size for almost any run. And they last longer than smaller sizes. Also with reuse you end up with a great variety of sizes

I thought these were bigger, but that was my fault.But they are great and I mix them in rock tumbler with different sizes.

I’ll give them three stars for now as they are round and the correct size but packaging gets a zero star. Bag containing supposedly 3lbs of beads split along the seams inside Amazon delivery box. Long trail of beads leading from the street where they parked all the way to my front porch with beads pouring out of the box. Once opened I found about 2/3 of the beads had apparently leaked out of box during its transit with only a handful still in one end of the split bag.

I got these to cushion some more fragile crystals that I wanted to tumble. They fill in the spaces in my large ceramic media very well, providing that cushioning & helping to lessen fracturing.
