I've been using these sliders for years. They are reasonably well-made and last her for a bit of time as well. Are used them to leave my barbecue as well as my fireplace. Many other models and brands require that you hold a spring loaded secondary safety which is probably good for use around children but we are all adults so it's just a PITA. This product was very hard to pull the trigger to start the flame. After it finally started, after several attempts, the flame barely came out and then didn't stay lit. I tried 2 out of the 3 pack many times and they did the exact same thing. Dont waste your time or money. Amazon is giving me a refund.

Love 'em. Perfect for ripping b*ng hits without burning your sensitive little fingers. Pro Tip: I find the trigger's a little stiff, so if you turn it over and use your thumb it works great. Thanks again, Amazon!

These are ok for the price but not very sturdy. Seem like the plastic could break easily. Not really adjustable as the flame stays the same size. In my opinion not as good as Bic lighters, but they make fire and get the job done. Can’t ask for too much more than that at this price.
