My little guinea pig doesn't have to be denied 3 meals but doesn't have to get fat. She gets one "big" dish, hay, and this little dish, crunchies. It has stopped her from turning her dish over before eating. She eats more, doesn't step on her food.

They aren't very heavy so the hamster tips it over easily. Very thin material.
